        To meet parking and transportation needs of the university’s 13,000 employees, the Office of Parking and Transportation provides a variety of parking permits, alternative transportation and transit options, and resources.

      • Students

        To meet parking and transportation needs of the university’s 31,000 students, the Office of Parking and Transportation provides a variety of parking permits, alternative transportation and transit options, and resources.

      • Vendor, Business, and Contractor Parking

        The Office of Parking and Transportation requires the purchase and display of a parking permit for all Vendor, Business, Contractor (VBC) vehicles, both privately and company owned, that park on- campus.

      • Visitors

        Visitors may park in any Faculty, Staff, Visitor, or Student (R/C/G) parking space with a valid visitor parking permit and if the space is not restricted by signs. Some restricted areas include handicap spaces, carpool spaces, loading zones, service vehicle zones, timed areas, sidewalks, grass, admission areas, teaching assistant spaces, and the Owens and Dietrick Dining Hall Lots. Parking in the North End Center Garage requires payment of the daily fee.

Updating Vehicle Information

Students and employees who have a new license plate number or a new car must change their vehicle information with the Office of Parking and Transportation as soon as possible.
