Recreational Vehicles Parking

General RV parking - non-gamedays

Overnight camping or RV Parking on campus is allowed with pre-approval and purchase of a permit from Parking Services. Parking is available (without RV Hook-ups) for $40 per day in the Student Remote Lot or other lot assigned by Parking Services. Permits can be purchased online and are not valid during special events.

RV parking for football games

For 2023 football games, Public RV parking is available at Duck Pond Overflow lot and the student remote lot (Smoot Drive in the Corporate Research Center). The Virginia Tech/Montgomery Executive Airport also has RV parking, please contact them directly at 540-231-4444.

Hokie Club members who have purchased parking passes for RV's are located either in Lot 3 or 16. Parking passes must be purchased in advance.

The Student Remote Lot will be pre-sold online here. This permit will only be valid in the Student Remote Lot.

The Duck Pond Overflow Lot is to be paid upon arrival through ParkMobile. The payment code will be posted at the lot.

Permits are ONLY valid on the game day weekend. Football RV Permits are $200 per game, and Tow-behind vehicles can park for $30 per vehicle. Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with lots opening at 5 p.m. on game day Fridays. No RVs will be allowed to park prior to 5 p.m. on Friday. Vehicles must leave by Sunday afternoon.

There are no hookups or other amenities onsite.
