Jump-start and lockout services

Parking enforcement officers are available to assist motorists in repairs with jump-starting vehicles. They also can assist motorists who have been locked out of their vehicles. This service is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling 540-231-3200, and 5 to 9 p.m. by calling the Police Department at 540-231-6411. These services can only be provided in areas where a university parking permit is required.
