Event Parking Requests

Special events, camps, and conferences are an important part of campus life. Working with Parking Services in advance helps ensure a smooth experience for your guests and reduces the risk of citations or other issues.

Parking availability may be limited to certain areas depending on factors such as the time of year, construction projects, event location, type of activity, number of attendees, and other events taking place on campus.

Due to the high volume of special events on campus, all parking requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the event date. Day-before and same-day requests cannot be accommodated.

If you are planning an event and need to lease spaces or a parking lot, please complete and submit the Event Parking Request Form linked below to begin the review process. This form is required for all event parking requests.

Each reservation has a $30.00 fee effective Jan 1, 2026.
