Drivers of all modes of transportation, including horses, must follow applicable state and local road regulations. Please contact Nick Quint, transportation network manager at nquint@vt.edu or 540-231-2701, with any specific questions regarding horseback riding on campus. This does not apply to university-affiliated activities involving horses or horseback riding.
