People of Parking and Transportation

Meet the “People of Parking and Transportation” who are being featured in a new social media campaign. The campaign launched in February 2017 on the Virginia Tech Employee Facebook page and will run through the spring semester. The campaign gives students, employees, and community members the opportunity to get to know the people behind the Department of Parking and Transportation at Virginia Tech.

The department manages more than 16,400 parking spaces, a motorist assistance program, a fleet of approximately 300 vehicles, and a robust and award-winning alternative transportation program that includes daily shuttles from the Blacksburg campus to the Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute in Roanoke.
